Melissa is Managing Director of Ameliorate GmbH, certified trainer for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and NLP coach. In addition to her ICF ACC accreditation, she also has the basics of the EMCC Coach accreditation as well as certifications in various psycho-metric methods, including Predictive Index (PI), CATIL and Cultural Intelligence (CQ). Melissa also holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) and studied foreign languages ​​(English, French and Spanish).
